Why we started Zevor

We didn't come from recruitment. We came from the other side of the table.
Before Zevor, we sat where our clients sit, inside businesses, running operations, managing teams, and navigating the messy reality of workforce decisions that most consultancies never see up close.
We dealt with recruitment agencies that reduced hiring to a CV forwarding exercise. HR consultants who delivered frameworks nobody used. IT systems that were sold as transformative but never spoke to how people actually worked. And workforce planning that was reactive at best, invisible at worst.
The problem was never a shortage of providers. It was a shortage of partners who could see the full picture.
We watched employers across markets, the Gulf, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, struggle with the same disconnected experience. One vendor for hiring. Another for HR policy. A third for technology. None of them talking to each other. None of them understanding the business well enough to connect the dots.
And on the talent side, we saw enormous pools of skilled professionals being overlooked, in India, across South Asia, in emerging economies, not because they lacked capability, but because nobody was building the right bridge between them and the employers who needed them.
The gap wasn't talent or technology. The gap was integration.
