Parth spent nearly three years at the world's most demanding professional services firms, and left with something most people in this industry don't carry: a firsthand understanding of how serious organisations think, how leadership decisions actually get made, and what it costs when a workforce partner doesn't rise to that level.
A graduate of Symbiosis International University, he worked across strategy, client engagements, and cross market mandates at KPMG, building the kind of rigour that doesn't come from recruitment, it comes from sitting inside the business problems that hiring is supposed to solve.
As CEO, Parth owns the full picture at Zevor, strategy, client relationships, business development, and international expansion. He sets the direction, leads the firm's most consequential engagements, and holds accountability for outcomes across every market Zevor operates in.
His conviction is straightforward: workforce decisions are business decisions. And they deserve to be treated that way.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Archit brings a strong entrepreneurial foundation and cross industry business exposure to Zevor. With hands-on experience across manufacturing, hair and beauty, and F&B, he has operated in environments where execution, adaptability, and on ground decision making directly impact outcomes.
His experience comes from building and navigating businesses across different sectors, giving him a practical understanding of operations, customer expectations, and the challenges that come with scaling and managing teams in dynamic settings.
